Description

Mather's Standard Mincemeat is a mincemeat for bakery fruit fillings, made with granulated sugar, sultanas, Bramley apple puree, currants, glucose syrup, mixed citrus peel, vegetable suet and mixed spice, with country of origin UK.

For bakery items, the mincemeat is used in shortcrust or puff pastry. Contains: sulphites. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in an ambient, cool, dry place; shelf life unopened is 18 months from date of manufacture, and it is supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
