Description

Satin CC Vegan Plain Mix from Puratos is a plain cake mix, based on wheat flour, sugar and wheat starch with rapeseed oil and natural flavouring, with country of origin Great Britain.

The mix is made up with oil, water, glycerine and soya milk, then mixed for 2 minutes on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Store in a dry place (max 65 % relative humidity) between 5 and 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 9 months, and it is supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.

How to use

Two small loaf cakes topped with flaked almonds

Dosage: Satin Vegan Cake Plain Mix 1.000Kg, Oil 0.320Kg, Water 0.250Kg, Glycerine 0.090Kg, Soya Milk 0.200Kg
Instructions: This product is to be consumed after cooking or baking and is not ready to eat.
Preparation: Add Liquids into a bowl fitted with a beater, then add powders. Mix on slow speed for 2 minutes. Scrape down. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add inclusions and mix on slow speed for 30 seconds.
