Description

Bakels Instant Cream Powder is a cream alternative in powder form, made with sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, whole milk powder, palm kernel and coconut oil, with emulsifiers, stabilisers and milk protein.

One sachet is added to 1 litre of chilled water and whipped for 4 min, giving a cream to pipe onto or into cakes, desserts, fruit tarts, gateaux and sponges. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in cool and dry conditions; shelf life unopened is 365 days, and it is supplied in a box of 10 × 700 g.

How to use

Piping white cream rosettes onto a cheesecake

Intended use: Finished products: cake, dessert, fruit tart, gateau, sponge, sweet good.
Intended use: Pipe onto or into a wide range of patisserie goods.
Dosage: 700g Powdered Mix / 1Litre Cold Water
Instructions: Simply add 1 sachet of Bakels Instant Cream to 1 litre of chilled water.
Instructions: Can be mixed with highly acidic ingredients.
Preparation: Add ingredients to mixing bowl, whisk on top speed for 3-4 minutes to desired consistency.
Whipping time: 4 min
