Ireks Multi Cake Mix Sugar-Free is a cake and sponge mix for bakery production, sweetened with the sweetener maltitol and based on wheat starch and wheat flour with natural vanilla flavouring, and it comes from Germany.
It is used at a dosage of 100 % to produce batters for muffins and cakes. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; shelf life unopened is 9 months. Supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
