Description
Macphie Sponge Mix is a sponge cake mix for bakery production, based on sugar, fortified wheat flour and dried whole egg, made in the UK.
The mix is intended for making fatless sponges and Swiss rolls. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs. May contain: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians, and for halal and kosher diets. Store unopened in a cool, dry place below 20 °C; shelf life is 270 days from date of manufacture, and it is supplied in a 10 kg bag.
