Description

Dawn Extra Moist Chocolate Muffin Base is a cake and sponge mix for muffins, made with sugar, fortified wheat flour, whole egg powder and 4 % fat-reduced cocoa powder.

It also makes loaf cakes and tray bakes; the muffin recipe is 1000 g mix, 500 g water and 400 g vegetable oil, baked at 200 °C (deck oven) for 25–26 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians, halal and kosher. Store in a cool, dry place (max 21 °C) for an unopened shelf life of 12 months; supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.

How to use

Intended use: High quality and versatile muffin bases that suspend inclusions well, always dome and are ideal for all types of muffins and cakes.
Instructions: Easy to make, just add oil and water.
Instructions: Just add inclusions like chocolate chunks, fresh or dried fruit, nuts and finish with Dawn icings or frostings.
Preparation: 1000g Muffin-Mix Chocolate, 500g Water, 400g Vegetable Oil. Mix 1 minute slow, 3-4 minutes medium. If required add: 130g Chocolate Chunks or 130g fruits, blend until mixed through. Fill 125g Muffin batter per muffin cup. Bake at 200°C for 25-26 minutes (deck oven).
