Description
Domson Long Life Plain Muffin Mix is a plain muffin mix for bakery cake and muffin production, based on fortified wheat flour with sugar, whole egg powder, modified maize starch, raising agents, emulsifiers, preservative (E202) and natural flavouring.
The batter is made with 1.000 kg mix, 0.500 kg water and 0.300 kg oil, mixed for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium, and baked at 180–200 °C. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in ambient, dry conditions away from pests and strong odours, sealed in the original packaging and away from direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 9 months, supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
