Flemings Strawberry Crushed Jam is a UK-origin strawberry jam from our Fruit Fillings & Jams range, made from granulated sugar, glucose syrup and strawberry puree, set with pectin and coloured with anthocyanins and beta carotene.
The jam is intended for use in bakery items only. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya, sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; halal and kosher. Store ambient in a cool, dry place; shelf life unopened is 12 months from date of manufacture; supplied as a 12.5 kg pack.
