Description
Macphie Spice Bun Concentrate is a bakery concentrate for spice buns, made in Glenbervie (GB) with country of origin UK, from vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm), dextrose, salt, emulsifiers, flavouring, ascorbic acid, wheat enzymes and beta-carotene colour.
It is used at 10 % of flour weight for making spiced buns and hot cross buns. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and for halal and kosher diets; store unopened in a cool, dry place below 20 °C, supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
