Craigmillar Carrot Cake Mix 12.5 kg

It is spiced with cinnamon, coriander, caraway, fennel, ginger, clove, nutmeg and turmeric and coloured with annatto norbixin. The mix needs water, oil, nuts and carrot added, and is baked at 180 °C for 40 minutes in loaf tins or at 205 °C for 25–30 minutes on a 30 × 18 sheet. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs. May contain: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians, it should be stored in cool, dry, infestation-free conditions below 20 °C and keeps 300 days unopened; supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
