The Natural mix is based on wheat flour, sugar and soya protein concentrate with natural Bourbon vanilla flavouring, while the Chocolate mix adds fat-reduced cocoa powder; both are suitable for vegans. The Natural version is used for muffins and tray cakes and the Chocolate version for chocolate muffins and tray cakes; doughs made with either must always be heated through thoroughly. Contains: cereals containing gluten, soya. May contain: eggs, milk. Store unopened bags in a dry, cool place; shelf life unopened is 9 months, supplied in 12.5 kg bags.
