Description

Eco Trade Bombole is a powdered mix for making cheese-flavoured balls, based on wheat flour, sugar and wheat starch and supplied in bulk for bakery use.

Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya. Store in a cool, dry place at no more than 25 °C and relative air humidity of max 75 %; shelf life unopened is 12 months. Sold in a 25 kg pack.

How to use

Intended use: The product is ready to consume after preparation according to the recipe on the label. The product is not suitable for direct consumption.
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients in the confectionery machine on low speed till combine. Allow to rest for appx. 15 min. Then form with a pastry bag or a machine. Fry in deep fat at approx. 170 - 180°C until the crust is golden. The frying time depends on the size of the balls.
Baking temperature: approx. 170 - 180°C (deep frying)

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, palm fat in powder [palm oil, glucose syrup, milk proteins, stabiliser: E 451, anti-caking agent: E 551], whey powder (from milk), raising agents: E 500, E 450; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; flavourings, emulsifiers: E 471, E 472b; egg white in powder, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
