Description

Dawn Premium Raised Doughnut Base from Dawn Foods is a doughnut base for raised doughnut production, built on fortified wheat flour with rapeseed oil, sugar, dextrose, raising agents, emulsifiers, whole egg powder, whey powder and milk protein.

Made up with 1000 g base, 1000 g strong bread flour, 1000 g water and 100 g yeast, it produces raised rings, Danish and Swiss buns that can be frozen or retarded. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and halal diets. Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum of 21 °C; shelf life unopened is 9 months, and it is supplied in a 25 kg bag.
