Description

Zeelandia Berliner Mix 2000 is a mix for Berliner doughnuts, made with palm vegetable oil, glucose, glucose syrup, whey powder, sugar, emulsifier E471, soya flour, milk proteins, inactive yeast and wheat enzymes.

The dosage is 2.0 kg Berliner 2000 per 10.0 kg wheat flour type 550, and the yield is 30 doughnuts per 1800 g dough piece. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk, soya. May contain: eggs, sesame. Store in a dry place (relative humidity up to 75 %) at up to 25 °C; the shelf life is 180 days from the date of production. Supplied in a 20 kg bag.
