Description
Zeelandia American Muffin Mix is a mix for producing American-style muffins, based on sugar, wheat flour and egg powder with modified starch (E1414), raising agents (E450, E500), egg white powder, salt, flavouring (containing milk) and thickener E466.
Mix all ingredients at low speed for about 5 minutes, pour 100 g of batter into each paper cup and bake at 190 °C (top) and 180 °C (bottom) for 35 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: sesame, soya. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry (humidity up to 75 %); shelf life is 180 days from the date of manufacture in closed original packaging; supplied in a 25 kg bag.
