Description
Arctos Ultra White fondant is a white fondant from the sugarpaste, icing and marzipan range, manufactured in Poland from components of different origin.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It makes opaque white icings for fresh confectionery, must not be heated above 50 °C or take more than 10 % water, and can be mixed with colourants, aromas, fruit concentrates and alcohol. Keep it in a closed container in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, at 10 to 25 °C and below 75 % humidity; shelf life is 6 months from the production date, and it is supplied in a 14 kg pack.
