Description
White Wrap Ice is a white icing for finishing bakery goods, made from sugar, water and glucose syrup with palm oil, and originates in the United Kingdom.
It is ready to use and is heated in a water-jacketed kettle (bain-marie) to 45–50 °C for dipping or piping. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place at 10–18 °C, away from strong light and odours, for an unopened shelf life of 180 days; supplied as a 12.5 kg pack.
