Description
Double Fudge Chocolate Icing from CSM (Bakemark) is a chocolate fudge icing for finishing bakery products; sugar, palm fat and glucose syrup lead the ingredients, with 5.2 % fat reduced cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk, manufactured in the United Kingdom.
It is used for filling, covering, combing and spreading, and can be spread or piped straight from the pail or heated to 40 °C for dipping. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a cool, dry place away from strong light and odours at 10 to 18 °C; shelf life unopened is 180 days after production, and it is supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
