Description

Dawn Plain Extra Moist Muffin Base is a muffin base mix for plain muffins, made with sugar, fortified wheat flour, whole egg powder, modified starches, rapeseed oil and skimmed milk powder.

The batter is made from 1000 g mix, 500 g water and 300 g vegetable oil and baked at approximately 190–200 °C for 25–30 minutes in a deck oven. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a cool, dry place (max 21 °C); shelf life unopened is 12 months, and it is supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.

Instructions: Available in two classic flavours - plain and chocolate; just add inclusions like chocolate chunks, fresh or dried fruit, nuts and finish with Dawn icings or frostings.
Instructions: Easy to make - just add oil and water.
Preparation: 1000g Muffin-Mix, 500g Water, 300g Vegetable Oil. Mix 1 minute slow, 3-4 minutes medium. If required add: 150g Chocolate Chunks or 150g fruits, blend until mixed through. Fill 100-125g muffin batter per muffin cup.
Baking temperature: approximately 190° - 200°C (deck oven)
Baking time: 25 - 30 minutes (deck oven)
