Description
Craigmillar Plain Muffin & Cake Mix is an American plain muffin mix of United Kingdom origin, with wheat flour, sugar, palm fat, rapeseed oil and whole egg powder as its leading ingredients.
It is mixed with 40 % water (5 kg per 12.5 kg dry mix), scaled at 100 g into muffin cups and baked at 195 °C for 20 to 25 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in ambient, cool, dry conditions below 20 °C; unopened shelf life is 300 days from production, supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
