Description

Zeelandia Delice Soft Cream Flavour Custard is a custard mix for cream and custard fillings, made from sugar, modified starch, whey powder and skimmed milk powder with maltodextrin, gelling agents, flavouring and colours.

It is made up at 400 g of mix to 1000 g of water, and the resulting cream is freeze-stable and bake-stable. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at up to 25 °C; shelf life unopened 180 days. Sold in a 25 kg bag.
