Description
Zeelandia Presta Filling is a flavoured cream filling for bakery products, sold in Cream, Vanilla, Advocaat, Chocolate, Lemon, Toffee and Mango flavours.
The fillings are based on water, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup and modified starch, with fat-reduced cocoa powder in some versions. The Vanilla, Advocaat, Chocolate and Toffee fillings are stable during baking and freezing and can be used for decoration, while Mango suits baking in and freezing and is used for doughnuts, tarts and pralines. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Store in a dry, cool place below 25 °C, protected from light and moisture, and avoid freezing; shelf life unopened is 9 months; each flavour is supplied as a 12 kg unit.
