Description

Bakels Multiseed Bread Concentrate is a bread and roll mix base containing wheat flour, sunflower seeds, brown linseed, pumpkin seeds, wholemeal rye flour, oats, wheat bran and dried wheat sourdough.

The wheat flour is sourced from the UK, France, the United States, Canada, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, China and India. It is used in a 50/50 ratio with flour for multiseed bread and rolls, baked at 220 °C for 35 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in cool and dry conditions for a shelf life of 270 days; supplied in a 16 kg bag.

How to use

Multiseed tin loaf, bloomer, rolls and slices on white boards

Intended use: multiseed bread and rolls
Dosage: 50/50 ratio with flour
Preparation: Place ingredients into a spiral mixing bowl. Mix for 2 mins on slow, 5 mins on fast. Dough temp 24-26C. Scale at 485/900g. Prove for 50 minutes.
Mixing time (high speed mixer): 2 min
Mixing time (conventional mixer): 20 min
Baking temperature: 220C
Baking time: 35 minutes
