Description
Ireks Corn Bread Mix is a bread and roll mix from Germany based on maize flour and extruded maize semolina, with wheat flour, sunflower seeds, wheat gluten, rapeseed and palm oil and spices.
It is used at a dosage of 50 % for corn bread, scones and corn crackers, and the product and doughs made with it must always be heated through thoroughly. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; shelf life unopened 9 months. Supplied as a 12.5 kg bag.
