Description
Ireks Mella Brioche Mix is a brioche mix for bread and roll production, made from wheat flour, sugar and sunflower oil with whey powder, wheat gluten and milk proteins, and produced in Germany.
It is used at a dosage of 100 % for brioche doughs and yeast-raised confectionery baked goods; the mix and its doughs are not for raw consumption and must always be heated through thoroughly. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; shelf life 9 months unopened; supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
