Description
IREKS Soft Roll 7 is a bread improver and dough conditioner of German origin for bakery use, based on dextrose, salt, wheat flour and sugar with emulsifiers, soya flour, whey powder and rapeseed oil.
It is used for the production of soft rolls at a dosage of 7 % based on flour, and the product and doughs made with it must always be heated through thoroughly. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk, soya. May contain: eggs. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; minimum shelf life unopened is 9 months, supplied in 25 kg bags.
