IREKS Voltex is a multipurpose bread improver and dough conditioner from Germany, made with soya flour, acidity regulator, emulsifiers, wheat flour, flour treatment agent and enzymes.
The product and doughs made with it are not intended for raw consumption and must always be heated through thoroughly. Contains: cereals containing gluten, soya. May contain: eggs, milk. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; minimum shelf life 12 months. Supplied as a 25 kg bag.
