Description
Puratos S500 SG is a bread improver and dough conditioner based on wheat flour with emulsifier E472e, ascorbic acid, rapeseed oil and enzymes, with the United Kingdom as its country of origin.
It is used at a dosage of up to 2 % on flour weight. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, kosher and halal. Store in a dry place (relative humidity max 65 %) between +5 and +25 °C; shelf life unopened is 9 months; supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
