Description

Komplet Karpatka Custard Cream Mix is a free-flowing mix for custard cream fillings, supplied in a 10 kg paper bag, that prepares to a creamy, fluffy, light yellow cream with a sweet vanilla taste.

Main ingredients are sugar, modified starch, whole milk powder, whey powder (from milk), skimmed milk powder and palm oil. It is used for filling cream horns and napoleon slices, and is prepared according to the recipe given on the packaging. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame, soya. Store packs closed and tightly sealed in dry, clean, pest-free rooms, protected from moisture, air and light, optimally up to 18 °C (max 25 °C) and at no more than 75 % humidity; unopened shelf life is 364 days.
