Description
Zeelandia Garlic Bread Mix is a bread and roll mix based on wheat flour, flavoured with garlic and coriander, wheat sourdough powder and a herb blend of parsley, chives, ramsons and basil.
The mix is used for snack bread, especially garlic baguettes, and also for rolls, bread sticks and pizza bases; baguettes bake at 240–250 °C for 17 minutes with steam. Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, sesame, soya. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry (humidity up to 75 %); shelf life is 180 days from the date of manufacture. Supplied in a 25 kg bag.
