Its leading ingredients are sugar, modified starch and full cream milk powder, followed by skimmed milk powder and whey powder. Whisk 400 g powder into 1000 g of cool, previously boiled water at high speed for 4–5 minutes until smooth and leave for about 15 minutes to firm up; do not bake. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, sesame, soya. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry; shelf life unopened 180 days; supplied in a 10 kg bag.
