Komplet Ideal Cream Filling is a bakery cream filling, supplied in a 10 kg paper bag as a free-flowing, light cream-coloured product that prepares to a creamy, pudding-like, light yellow to yellow filling with a sweet vanilla taste.

Its main ingredients are sugar, modified starch, whole milk powder, whey powder and skimmed milk powder. It is used cold and in baking, for decorating and fillings, and is prepared according to the recipe given on the packaging. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame, soya. Store sealed packs protected from moisture, air and light in dry, clean, pest-free rooms, optimally at up to 18 °C (max 25 °C) and max 75 % humidity; unopened minimum durability is 364 days.
