Description

Komplet Milk Base is a milk base for cream and custard fillings, packed free-flowing and white to cream in a plastic container and plastic bag, and milky in colour and taste once prepared.

Its main ingredients are sugar, whole milk powder (26 %), palm oil and glucose syrup, and it contains pork gelatine. As a raw material for the bakery and confectionery industry, it is suitable for consumption after preparation according to the recipe given on the packaging. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame, soya. Store ideally at up to 18 °C (max 25 °C) and max 75 % humidity in tightly sealed packs protected from moisture, air and light, in dry, clean premises free of pests; minimum durability unopened is 364 days. Sold per piece, 7 kg each.
