Komplet Dark Base is a free-flowing, dark brown base with a sweet chocolate taste once prepared, supplied as a 7 kg pack in a plastic container and bag.

Its main ingredients, in order, are sugar, whole milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder and pork gelatine. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, sesame, soya. Store in closed, tight packaging in a dry, clean, pest-free room, protected from moisture, air and light, optimally up to 18 °C and no higher than 25 °C, at humidity no higher than 75 %; unopened shelf life is 364 days.
