Description

Komplet Żytniak CL is a mix for baking rye bread, based on dried rye sourdough and rye flakes with salt, wheat gluten and rye and barley malt flours.

Contains: wheat, rye, barley. May contain: eggs, lupin, milk, nuts, sesame, soya. Store closed packs away from moisture, air and light in a dry, clean, pest-free room, optimally up to 18 °C (max 25 °C) at max 75 % humidity; minimum durability unopened is 364 days. The free-flowing, grey-beige mix is supplied in a 10 kg paper sack and bakes to a brown to dark brown crust with an evenly coloured crumb.
