Its main ingredients are sugar and modified starch, followed by a powdered emulsifying blend with RSPO MB palm kernel fat, a milk-fat blend and skimmed milk powder. Combine with water using a mixer at medium speed for 2–3 min; it can be enriched by using milk instead of water and combined with custard creams, flavourings, flavour pastes and alcohols. Contains: milk. May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts. Store in a dry place at 5 °C to 25 °C in a tightly tied bag; unopened shelf life is 9 months from the date of production. Supplied as a white powder in a 10 kg paper bag.
