Description

Bakels Country Oven Oat and Barley Bread Concentrate is a bread concentrate for producing oat and barley breads and rolls, based on fortified wheat flour with barley flour, malted wheat flakes, oats, wheat gluten, barley flakes, malted wheat, roasted malted rye, malted barley flour and dried wheat sourdough.

Use at a 50/50 ratio with flour for crusty rolls, soft rolls, tin bread and pizza, and bake at 220 °C with steam for 24 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in cool and dry conditions; unopened shelf life 270 days; supplied in a 16 kg bag.
