Description
Ireks Spelt & Honey Bread Mix is a bread and roll mix for bakery use, of German origin, based on spelt flour and wholemeal spelt flour with sunflower seeds, lupin seeds, sesame, spelt flakes and baker's honey.
It is used at a dosage of 100 % for spelt morning goods, and doughs made with it must always be heated through thoroughly. Contains: cereals containing gluten, lupin, sesame. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; shelf life unopened is 9 months, supplied in 25 kg bags.
