Description

Bakels Artisan Bread Concentrate 7% is a 7 % concentrate for artisan-style bread and roll doughs, made from dried wheat sourdough from Germany, wheat flour from France, inactive dried yeast and rapeseed oil.

Finished products include baguette, ciabatta, crusty bread and rolls, occasion bread, pizza and sourdough; it requires just 60 minutes bulk fermentation, with baking at 240 °C (465 °F) for approximately 25 minutes. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians; store in cool and dry conditions, shelf life 360 days unopened, supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
