Description
Puratos Tigris SG 2% Bread Improver is a bread improver based on fortified wheat flour and dextrose with emulsifier E472e, flour treatment agent E300 and rapeseed oil, for use in bread doughs.
The improver is added to the dough at 2 % on flour weight. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry ambient area below 25 °C and under 50 % relative humidity; shelf life is 9 months from date of manufacture, and it is supplied in a 16 kg bag.
