IREKS Crumb Softener is a bread improver and dough conditioner with two ingredients, wheat flour and enzymes, produced in Germany for use in bread doughs.
The product and doughs made with it are not intended for raw consumption and must always be heated through thoroughly. Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store unopened packages in a dry and cool place; shelf life unopened is 12 months, and it is supplied in a 25 kg bag.
